Bring with the following copies of documents to your first meeting with your attorney :

• Drivers License
• Social Security Card
• Bills and Credit Card Statements for the last 3 months
• Pay Stubs for the last 7 months
• Documentation of additional household income such as child support, social security, pension, disability, unemployment, public assistance, etc.
• Income Tax Returns for the last 3 years
• W-2s for the last 3 years
• Bank Statements for the last 6 months
• Loan Documents
• Vehicle Titles
• Real Estate Tax Bills and or Appraisals
• Copies of any pending law suits, wage garnishments or other legal actions
• A list of all the people or entities that owe you money
• A list of all the people or entities that you owe money to
• Recent credit reports from Equifax, TransUnion and Experian
